THE INFORMATION THAT SANTAPARK OY COLLECTS

RATINGS AND FEEDBACK

Within a certain timeframe after completing a booking, Guests can leave a public review and submit a star rating of the service provided in TripAdvisor, Google or Facebook. Ratings or Reviews reflect the opinions of individuals and do not reflect the opinion of service provider. Ratings and Reviews are not verified by SantaPark Oy for accuracy and may be incorrect or misleading. Ratings and Reviews may not contain any offensive or defamatory language. Any Feedback you submit to us will be considered non-confidential and non-proprietary to you. By submitting Feedback to us, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, irrevocable, sub-licensable, perpetual license to use and publish those ideas and materials for any purpose, without compensation to you.

 

PHOTOS AND VIDEOS

SantaPark Oy reserves the right to use any photograph/video taken at safaris/ tours organized by the SantaPark Arctic World or its trusted subcontractor without the expressed written/oral permission of those included within the photograph/video. SantaPark Oy or its trusted subcontractor may use the photograph/video in publications or other media material produced, used or contracted by the SantaPark Oy including but not limited to: brochures, invitations, books, newspapers, magazines, television, websites, etc. Any person desiring not to have their photo taken or distributed must contact security(a)santapark.com writing of his/her intentions and include a photograph.

Any person or organization not affiliated or subcontracted with SantaPark Oy may not use, copy, alter or modify SantaPark Oy photographs, graphics, video or other, similar reproductions or recordings without the advance written permission of an authorized designee from SantaPark Oy.
